In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional allocations granted to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone in which 55bd support operations are coordinated.

By accessing the 55bd Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These terms are effective from the date of your first access to the Platform.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Continued use of the Platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 55bd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or account closure imposed by 55bd or any other gambling operator;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 55bd or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

55bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of an Account. Failure to satisfy or maintain any of the above conditions may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Funds that were obtained in breach of these eligibility requirements.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 55bd Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number accessible via a Bangladeshi mobile network. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. 55bd may, at its sole discretion, request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration.

55bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents including, but not limited to, a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership. Until KYC verification is completed, 55bd may place restrictions on withdrawal requests and certain Platform features.

Account registration and use of the Platform are intended for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. Commercial exploitation of the Platform — including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, reselling Platform access, or systematically exploiting promotional offers — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

55bd will never request your password via email, telephone, or any communication channel. If you receive any request purporting to be from 55bd asking for your full password, you should treat this as fraudulent and report it to the 55bd support team immediately.

You agree to notify 55bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 55bd cannot accept liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

55bd employs multiple technical security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption on all Platform connections, OTP-based two-step verification, device recognition technology, and automatic session timeouts following periods of inactivity. While these measures significantly reduce the risk of unauthorised access, no security system is entirely infallible, and 55bd encourages all Players to use strong, unique passwords and to enable two-step verification on their Account.

55bd accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), and Upay (UCB). Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be published on the Platform's deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to per-method limits as displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by player verification tier.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions.
• Platform fees: 55bd does not charge a fee on standard deposit transactions. Third-party mobile money operators may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 55bd's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from payment accounts owned by third parties are strictly prohibited. 55bd reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party payment is detected.

All funds on the 55bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 55bd does not accept cryptocurrency as a direct deposit method at this time. Currency conversion is not supported within the Platform.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to per-method and per-period limits as published on the Platform's withdrawal page and applicable verification tier.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to two hours during normal operating hours. Complex requests or those requiring additional verification may take up to 48 hours.
• Verification requirement: 55bd reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a penalty.

Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of those bonus balances.

55bd reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Players will be notified of any withdrawal restriction and provided with an explanation where legally permissible.

55bd offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 55bd promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered Players who have not previously received a specific promotional offer;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or reloadable;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used for wagering before Real Money Funds unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited, not on subsequent winnings, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise;
• Promotional offers are valid for the time period specified in their individual terms. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period;
• 55bd reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.

Certain game categories may be excluded from contributing to Wagering Requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game type are detailed in each promotion's individual terms and on the Platform's bonus information pages.

55bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being, or is likely to be, abused. Players who have already opted in to a promotion in good faith will be notified of any such change.

All games available on the 55bd Platform are supplied by third-party software providers and operate according to rules established by those providers. The applicable game rules are accessible within each game's interface and, where relevant, on the provider's official documentation. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

55bd uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all applicable game titles. RNG outputs are periodically audited by independent testing agencies to verify statistical fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages across a large number of sessions and rounds, and do not represent a guaranteed return for any individual player in any individual session.

With respect to sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports offered on the Platform:

• Odds are published in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed;
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the 55bd system, it is binding. Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance;
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for odds recalculation following game events. Bets placed during this delay may be accepted at revised odds or declined;
• 55bd reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error in odds compilation, data feed failure, or where the outcome was the result of an event outside normal sporting parameters;
• Winning bets are settled and credited to the Player's Account within a reasonable period following official confirmation of the result. Settlement times may be extended for events that end in disputed circumstances.

55bd reserves the right to impose stake limits, restrict betting markets, or decline bets at its discretion, particularly in relation to accounts displaying patterns consistent with professional or arbitrage betting activity.

55bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform and takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gambling on the 55bd Platform is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. 55bd strongly encourages all players to approach gambling as entertainment, to bet only amounts they can genuinely afford to lose, and never to view gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited into their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory review period;
• Session time reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them when a set duration of continuous play has elapsed;
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary restriction on access to their Account for a defined period, during which no deposits, wagers, or logins are permitted;
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 55bd will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bd Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any Funds or winnings associated with the prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or in response to any verification request;
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals;

• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account balance to another individual.

All content on the 55bd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, page layouts, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the property of 55bd or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any Platform content in any medium;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use the 55bd name, logo, or brand assets in any communication, advertisement, or publication without prior written authorisation from 55bd.

Any unauthorised use of 55bd's intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bd's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55bd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any technical failure, communication network fault, or data transmission error affecting access to or use of the Platform;
• Any loss of winnings, Funds, or data resulting from circumstances outside 55bd's reasonable control, including force majeure events;
• Any reliance by the Player on information, statistics, or data published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies;
• Any action taken by 55bd in good faith in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including Account suspension following detection of suspected prohibited conduct.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits 55bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

55bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement direction;
• Any other circumstance where 55bd determines in good faith that continued Account operation poses a risk to Platform security, other players, or third parties.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, 55bd reserves the right to forfeit any Funds held in the Account, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player fault — such as Platform closure or regulatory instruction — outstanding Real Money Fund balances will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the 55bd support team. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any outstanding Real Money Fund balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

55bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised document will be published on the Platform at https://55bd.vu/terms-conditions with an updated effective date shown at the top of the document.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, 55bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact information held on their Account prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If a Player does not agree with any amended terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 55bd is incorporated and licensed to operate.

55bd operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair play certification. 55bd does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
